When are orders due?

All orders are due Wednesday at 6pm for  Sunday Delivery (Raleigh area only). All other areas must arrange a pick-up location on our route.

When is Delivery?

Delivery will start each  Sunday at 5:30pm. Don't worry, we will give you at least an hour head's up.

 

How do I heat my meals?

​Microwave instructions: loosen lid & heat for 1-2 minutes.
Oven instructions: remove from container, heat for 10 minutes at 350°F.

Tell me about the containers.

​Our containers are BPA free, microwavable, dishwasher safe, freezer safe and recyclable. However, they are not oven safe. We recommend removing the entrée from the container and placing it in an oven safe container/tray before heating in this manner.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

​We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

Can I choose my delivery time?

Unfortunately, no. Our delivery routes are selected based on the most efficient routes for our delivery drivers.

Will I be notified before delivery?

​Yes, you will receive a text from your delivery driver when they are on their way with an estimated time of arrival.

​

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

​Yes, someone must be present to receive the order.

​

Do you offer shipping?

​No, currently we only offer local pick up and delivery.

​

How long are my meals good for ?

​Our meals remain fresh for 7 days after they’ve been prepared if they are appropriately stored and refrigerated.

Can I freeze my meals?

​Yes, meals can be frozen, although for best taste, we recommend eating them fresh!

​

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, all cancelations must be submitted via email by 7 o’clock pm on Wednesday. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund.

Is there a minimum requirement to order?

​Yes, there is a minimum requirement of 5 meals per week.

​

Do you offer vegetarian or vegan meal options?

Yes, we do offer vegetarian and vegan meal options!

What is your return policy?

​Due to perishable goods, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately via email at sales@aseatbythehef.com.
